This cocktail made with Black Fox Gin #3 packs a punch – like being hit by a bullet from a French 75mm.
1 oz Black Fox Gin #3
0.5 oz Fresh-Squeezed Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Chilled Champagne
To make the simple syrup add equal parts of sugar and water to a saucepan and stir over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely before adding to the cocktail.
Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a flute glass. Top up with chilled champagne. Garnish with lemon rind.
